I have been so looking forward to reading this book. I had it built up in my mind to be one of the best books I would ever read. And based on the above blurb - who could argue with that assumption?
Well it was not all that I had hoped. Honestly the book had funny moments - a lot of funny moments - but it was also offensive in some area's. Not quite PC.
I give this book 2 out of 5 stars.

Nice and truthful!!! I liked that... At first I was interested in it because of the setting... New Orleans... (I live around there)... but as I read... it did not seem like my cup of tea. I thank you for your honesty in the matter.

Thank you. I always give my honest opinion - but like anything, opinions differ. One of my friends on Myspace just raved about the book. LOL I guess that's what makes the world go round. :)
