My thoughts:
Celia Graves started her own business because she doesn't play well with others, she likes to be in charge and she likes for things to go her way.
Celia Graves is about to become very unhappy.
When Celia is attacked by 'bats' she is determined to go down fighting - and that is exactly what she does.
Imagine her surprise when she wakes chained to a slab, now an Abomination, and with no memory of what happened.
Determined to regain her memories and find the vampire responsible for her current condition, Celia agrees to cooperate with the police and allow a memory enhancement spell.
Now Celia has more questions than answers - but at least she has a trusted few who are willing to help her in her quest - but that means compromise - and Celia is not so good with compromise - even to save her own life.
I absolutely loved Blood Song and give it 5 out of 5 stars. I can't wait to read the next installment - Siren Song. :)

I loved this book - so much so, that the sequel was part of my Christmas goodies. I can't wait to read it. :)
