WoW: Dead of Night by Jonathan Maberry

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly post started by Breaking the Spine to showcase books we are patiently awaiting.

My WoW for the week:

Book Blurb:

A prison doctor injects a condemned serial killer with a formula designed to keep his consciousness awake while his body rots in the grave.  But all drugs have unforeseen side-effects.  Before he could be buried, the killer wakes up.

Hungry.

Infected.

Contagious.

This is the way the world ends.  Not with a bang…but a bite.

I'm really looking forward to this. I thought Rot and Ruin was excellent. I'm not sure if this is a sequel or a companion or what. In any case, it's sure to be good!

Please check out my WoW!

Arianna,

I have not read Rot & Ruin - but have that series on my wish list. :)

Dead of Night is not part of that series. I'm not sure if it is going to be the first in a new series - or just a stand alone novel. :)

I've never read a book involving Zombie before. Sounds interesting.
