Second I want to tell you again how I choose the winner. I make a list on random.org and then I randomize that list 4 or 5 times to shuffle the names up really well - then I use the number randomizer to pick a random number - in this case 1 thru 27 - and that number is the winner. :)

B. I have to say I like how you do your list. Randomizing all the names mixes it up more and it doesn't matter if you were the first or last this way. I like it and I may have to steal your idea if that is okay. :)
