My thoughts:
After Betsy and her sister returned from their time in hell and time jumping from the past to the future and back again - she wanted nothing more than to spend some quality time with her husband.
After a trip to happy, happy land with Eric - Betsy gathers her friends for smoothie time and some catching-up. Only things are a bit different.
As in reality.
The people in this reality are not the people that Betsy left just a short time ago. Apparently, while skipping around in the past - Betsy altered the future.
Now someone is out to make sure that what Betsy changed in the past - does not alter their future. Even if it means killing her in the present.
I love the Queen Betsy series. Betsy is hilarious and I never fail to laugh out loud at the situations she finds herself involved in.
If I have one request, it would be that Eric be a little more forthright. He seems to let Betsy run all over him at times, merely shaking his head and sighing.
Don’t get me wrong, I like a strong, butt kicking heroine - but I want her male counterpart to be just as strong.
I give Undead and Undermined 4 out of 5 stars and can’t wait for the next installment - Undead and Unstable.
